Scope and provider

These Terms of Use apply to kollegen.ai, a service provided by Bavaria AI Services UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Hauptstraße 43, 91301 Forchheim, Germany. The service is offered exclusively for businesses and self-employed professionals acting in a commercial or professional capacity, as well as public-law entities. We do not enter into contracts with consumers. Any different or additional terms in an individual offer or agreement take precedence.

Service

kollegen.ai provides workspaces and digital employees that assist users with assigned tasks. Features, total working-hours allowance and price are determined by the plan selected during ordering or by an individual agreement.

Accounts and permissions

Users must provide accurate information, protect their credentials and use the service only within their assigned permissions. Workspace owners are responsible for appropriately managing member access and roles.

Acceptable use

  • The service must not be used for unlawful, fraudulent, harmful or abusive purposes.
  • Users must respect third-party rights and provide only content they are legally entitled to process and use.
  • Security controls, access restrictions and technical protections must not be bypassed or impaired.
  • Highly sensitive or confidential data should be processed only where necessary, authorised and legally covered.

Digital employee results

Digital employees can produce incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable results. Users must appropriately review material work before relying on, publishing or sharing it. The service does not replace legal, tax, medical or other regulated professional advice.

Plans and working hours

Each published plan includes the total working-hours budget shown during ordering. The weekly figure describes the intended pace. All displayed plan prices are net prices plus applicable taxes. Tax is calculated based on the business location and the tax details provided; the final total is shown before purchase. The confirmed plan and any individual offer govern fees, billing period and other commercial terms.

Customer content and usage rights

Users retain their rights in submitted content and grant us the rights required to provide, process, secure and support the service. Where transferable rights arise in work results, they are available to the customer for the contractual purpose, subject to third-party rights and underlying technologies.

Availability and changes

We operate and improve the service with reasonable care. Maintenance, security measures, provider outages or necessary product changes may temporarily limit availability. Material changes affecting the contractual purpose will be communicated appropriately.

Liability

We remain fully liable for intent and gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, and mandatory statutory liability. For slight negligence affecting an essential contractual duty, liability is limited to foreseeable damage typical for the contract. Liability for other slight negligence is excluded.

Term, termination and privacy

Contract term and termination are governed by the confirmed plan or an individual agreement. Termination for cause remains unaffected. Information on personal-data processing is available in our Privacy Notice.

Governing law

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, unless mandatory law provides otherwise. To the extent legally permitted, the provider's registered office is the exclusive venue for merchants and public-law entities.
